Harris County, Texas (KTRK) – Authorities in northeastern Harris County are responding to reports of several shots being fired in an Atascocita neighborhood.

On Thursday afternoon, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez tweeted that MPs were responding to an incident at 12,500 Block in Tulish Lane, where there were multiple reports of gunshots in the area.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that at least one person was shot. Their injuries were not immediately revealed.
It was not clear why the shooting or anyone else was injured.
