James Bond, Harry Potter, Star Wars memorabilia up for auction

Propstore has revealed details of its annual live-action auction of movie and TV memorabilia, where the items on display are expected to fetch over $12.6 million.

More than 1,500 items will be sold during the auction. The most important items that will be sold at the auction – with estimated selling prices – include:

• Complete Superman (Christopher Reeve) costume from the Superman franchise (1978-1987): $287,270-574.540.

• Darth Vader (Dave Prowse) Gloves from “Star Wars: A New Hope” (1977): $172,362-287,270.

• Full-size mobile robot Johnny 5 from “Short Circuit” (1986): $138,546 – $207,819.

• The first edition of “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” (2001): $114,908-172,362.

• Andy Dufresne (Tim Robbins) The Rockhammer Bible from The Shawshank Redemption (1994): $114,908-172,362.

• James Bond (Sean Connery) Little Nellie Pilot helmet from “You Only Live Twice” (1967): $68,944-114,908.

Fraggle doll from the TV series “Fraggle Rock” (1983-1987): $45.963-68.944.

Hockey champion Jason Voorhees (CJ Graham) mask from “Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives” (1986): $45,963-68,944.

• Commodus’ (Joaquin Phoenix) Rome Chariot from Gladiator (2000): $45,963-68,944.

• Yoda’s Jedi Robes from Star Wars: The Phantom Menace (1999): 45,963 – $68,944.

Harry Potter Wand (Daniel Radcliffe) from “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” (2001): $22,981-34,472.

Bruce Lee’s stunning armor: $22981 – $34472.

• Jim Carrey’s full-size illuminated sleigh from How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000) $22,981-34,472.

• Crown Victoria (Emily Blunt) George IV coronation tiara from ‘The Young Victoria (2009): $22,981-34,472’.

• Wonder Woman’s (Gal Gadot) Tiara by Wonder Woman (2017): $17,236-22,981.

Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) ring from Doctor Strange (2016): $11,490-17,236.

• Batman (Robert Pattinson) Batarang from the movie Batman (2022): $11,490-17,236.

A number of Doctor Who gadgets will also be auctioned off, with a percentage of the final hammer price going for BBC Children in Need.

Propstore will be holding a preview exhibition in their office facility in Hertfordshire, UK October 4, October 4, November 2, featuring around 130 items. The live auction will take place from 3-6 November at the BAFTA in London, as well as online or by phone for global bidding.
