Hulu’s ‘Ramy’ reveals more drama, mixed in with its signature humor in season 3!

Los Angeles — Ramy is back at Hulu for season three and things haven’t been easier for Ramy and Hassan’s family.

“I think something we check for everyone is a cross-cutting topic of Crisis of Faith,” Ramy Youssef, series creator and star told On The Red Carpet.

Everyone has their faith — in their choices, in humanity, in the American dream — tested. Audiences will see these stories play out this season.

“I think the big intention for this season was really to integrate into our group,” Youssef said. “We had the deep intention of trying to turn everyone’s moral compass around and understand it from every angle.”

“His inner boil is simmering a little and he’s starting to recognize her in his own way, like a demon, he’s possessed. It’s something inside him that needs to get out,” said Leith Nackley, who plays Uncle Naseem.

Rami’s mother, played by Hiam Abbas, also has a few things to come off her chest. Abbas said, “I’m tired.” “She got to a point where she became angry, unhappy and something had to happen in order to make life more interesting for her.”

Mai Kalmawi who plays Rami’s sister Dina said, “There’s such anger and then this deep love as well. They all know that something is not right at home. There is stress they need to deal with.”

The third season of “Ramy” is now streaming on Hulu.

The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of Hulu and this ABC station.
