Terry Bradshaw is doubling the price of his 744-acre Oklahoma ranch, now seeking $22.5 million

NFL great Terry Bradshaw is currently looking for someone to hunt his 744-acre Oklahoma farm. He and his wife, Tammy Bradshaw, listed the property at an asking price of $22.5 million, a price that includes an 8,600-square-foot main home with eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two half-baths.

It took Bradshaw decades to build those 744 acres, located near the Oklahoma-Texas border and familiar to E! Reality show “The Bradshaw Bunch”. But they’ve actually been trying to sell the property for some time now, having first listed it in 2014 with an asking price of $10.8 million. This deal never happened, and in the years since Bradshaw listed the property at various points, always with prices between $10 million and $12 million. Now, he’s trying again, but at a higher price point that shows more optimism about the state of the market now than those previous listings did.

Known as the Terry Bradshaw Quarter Horses Farm, this farm is absolutely gorgeous, a dream come true for lovers of horses and the great outdoors. And the main house of the estate is designed to please the outsider, its official listing indicates:

“The gorgeous 8,600-square-foot home is built in a rustic style with high ceilings throughout. There are four oversized stone fireplaces, wood floors, tile and wood paneling and the home fits any style of interior. Six spacious bedrooms and eight bathrooms. There is an outside patio. Spread over 1,000 square feet with a full kitchen, bar, fireplace, heated sauna, and fire pit, it makes an excellent location for receiving family and friends to watch the sunset. The sprawling, spacious, and comfortable floor plan provides seclusion and privacy for a couple as well as accommodations for multiple guests and large family gatherings or getaways. companies and entertainment.

Outside there is a large swimming pool and “a very large stone house with a dog-fenced area to provide plenty of room to roam,” making this home ideal for dog lovers as well. And of course, the dog house is said to have its own pool, just in case you were worried it wasn’t.

In addition to the main house, the farm is equipped with a variety of other facilities, including those dedicated to the production of cattle, horses and hay.

Despite those earlier listings, Bradshaw says in a press release that the current listing represents his agreement to have been “swamped with orders” over the past several years, which eventually led to compliance because the family had already moved to a smaller farm in (relatively) near Texas.
