I was supposed to be in season 4, but then with the pandemic I couldn’t. So I was really shocked that it didn’t work out, but I’m so glad they came to me with this. Elizabeth Moss, that was the first time we worked together on the show. We worked together at Girl Interrupt ten million years ago when she was 16 years old. I’ve done a few things since then. I was actually making high school while I was filming it. So I traveled and I think I was there for 18 hours or something. We didn’t have much time.

Lizzie was very generous because she was also running the ring. It has already appeared. The second we started was quite, in. And I think because the show does an amazing job of building the world and building the characters and their relationships, it was all there. And perhaps it would have helped if we had some contact so long ago, that we are now meeting on screen again as adults. It was really strong. And writing, it was all just about writing too.
