During the first six episodes of Dragon HouseThe Game of thrones The prequel series has followed its source material closely. The events of the series mirror the events of George R. R. Martin fire and blood, albeit with some minor differences or additional explanation here and there. However, what the show didn’t do was completely change something from its source, i.e. change Game of thrones History in the process. That changed during the new episode Sunday night.

In the story set in fire and bloodDie, Lana and Lenore Fellarion around the same time. We saw Laena die in last week’s episode of the series, which means Laenor wasn’t far behind. After all, his death in the book set in motion some of the important events that make up the rest of the story. However, to everyone’s astonishment, Dragon House Choosing to keep Lenore alive, he revealed his safety at a shocking turn at the end of Driftmark.
In the episode, Daemon and Rhaenyra talk about marrying each other to solidify their streak, even though they can’t do that with Laenor in the picture. Rainera seems to admit that this means killing her husband. Although the two were never romantic with each other, she always cared about him, so this felt out of character, at least for a few minutes. The following montage shows a demon approaching Sir Karl Corey, Lenore’s lover and the man who killed him in the book. Then the demon kills a random slave and attacks Qarl Laenor, resulting in a duel in front of a servant. That servant goes for help, and that moment allows the whole plan to work.
Corlys and Rhaenys pull a charred body from the fire, believing it to be Laenor’s body. It seemed as if the future king had already died. But then we learned that it was all just preparation. Then Lenore, with a shaven head, is seen paddling with Karl into a larger boat, where he will sail out to sea as an unknown man. His fake death allows him to be free, while also allowing Rhaenyra and Daemon to marry and attempt to rule together.
What happens to Lenore Fellarion?
With this trick from Rhaenyra and Daemon, the Targaryen streak continues as shown in fire and blood, but also allows Laenor to save his life. This means that he can come back and participate in the story at some point later in the series. If there is any kind of data pop up about Dragon HouseHe can also participate in it.
The truth is, it’s hard to know what will happen to Lenore at this point. Much like the last two seasons of Game of thronesThis is uncharted territory. There is no mention of Lenore’s possible survival, allowing for unlimited possibilities for his future.
