Self-help coach Kathy Heller signs second book deal

Individuals who seek advice from self-help guide Kathy Heller are usually met with a daunting waiting list, but after signing her first book deal with Simon & Schuster, the nuggets of wisdom from a life coach in Los Angeles will become even easier.

Titled “Forever Abundance: Building the Future You Can’t Stop Dreaming of,” Heller’s new book outlines the steps to aligning with your true, more personal self—from filtering intrusive thoughts to matching the vibrating energy of your surroundings. The novel will be released with a hardcover on August 22, 2023.

As explored in her novel, Heller holds that all human beings have the power to change their lives for the better and rewrite the narrative they have given them—a journey that she experienced herself.

Heller has overcome child abuse and financial hardship. She channeled her shock into a 12-week curriculum called Forever Abundance in order to help others realize their potential, and released her first book, Don’t Keep Your Day Job: How to Turn Your Passion into Your Career, with St. Martin’s Press in 2019.

In addition to overseeing her mentoring program, Heller also hosts a podcast sharing his name with her first novel. On Don’t Keep Your Day Job, Heller interviews guests including Chelsea Clinton, Rachel Ray, Bobby Brown and Deepak Chopra, which has led to downloads by more than 30 million podcast listeners, according to a press release.

Heller, who is represented by Gersh as well as Hansen, Jacobson, recently brought her podcast to AdLarge Media in hopes of expanding her demographic reach.
