In the 1980s, he had notable roles in the teen cult film “The Malibu Bikini Shop”; adventure drama “The Climb”; erotic drama “Wild Orchid”; and “Another Chance”, in which he starred in female soap operas, John Ripley. In the early 1990s, Greenwood appeared in “Servants of Twilight” and the Wesley Snipes thriller “Passenger 57”. After that, he starred in the 1994 Canadian drama “Exotica”, his first collaborative work with director Atom Egoyan. The following year, he appeared in the TV films “Peyton Place: The Next Generation” and “Striker Mountain”. Greenwood played his next major role on a regular series from 1986 to 1988, playing Dr. Seth Griffin in the last two seasons of the medical drama Saint Elsewhere. After that, he starred in the TV movie “In the Line of Duty: The FBI Murders” and the British series “Twist of Fate”. Greenwood started the ’90s with two more TV movies, “Summer Dreams: A Beach Boys Story” and “Little Kidnappers.” Previously, he portrayed Beach Boys member Dennis Wilson.
