Intelligence Agency Returns ‘False’ UFO Logo

Days after an office website within the US intelligence community added a new logo that includes a UFO within its insignia, intelligence officials are backing away from the change. According to a new statement, CyberScoopthe rebranding of the National Intelligence Master for the Air Domain was a mistake that shouldn’t have happened.

While some thought the outfit might have been hacked or a new logo was chosen to appear for the first time, a spokesperson for the site told that the webmasters had “mistakenly posted an unofficial and incorrect logo”. The logo has since been removed from the many places it has appeared on the site.

The logo was changed in the last days of September to show the silhouettes of some of the threats the agency monitors, including out-of-place planes, bombers and flying saucers.

Intelligence officials and Congress alike have grown increasingly interested in UFOS or, as officials now call them, UAP (Unspecified Weather Phenomena). In fact, one budget report to the community suggested that intelligence officials should spend more time looking at a UAP that may not be man-made.

The report said that temporary objects not attributable, or those positively identified as man-made after analysis, would be transferred to the appropriate offices and should not be considered within the definition as unidentified phenomena in airspace and under the sea.”

After the report appeared, a former employee of the Department of Defense wrote in an editorial that the speech indicated that officials know that there are some UAPs not from this planet.

“The belief that legislators would include such unusual language in general legislation without convincing evidence, stresses naivety,” said Marek von Renkampf in an editorial. “This means that members of the Senate Intelligence Committee believe (on a bipartisan basis) that some UFOs have non-human origins. After all, why would Congress create a powerful new office and task it with investigating non-“man-made” UFOs if these things weren’t present? “
