Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba introduced fans to flashy Hashira Tengen Uzui with the series’ second season earlier this year, and one cool cosplay is bringing the fan-favorite fighter back for another round! The entertainment arc of the series introduced Tanjiro Kamado and his friends to a whole new world of danger as they encountered their first higher order demon, but luckily they got some very powerful help. Joining them in the arc of Sound Hashira Tengen, fans were able to see the full list of abilities while fighting at the episodes.
With Tengen taking the main stage fighting against Daki and Gyutaro, fans were able to see why he was a member of Hashira in the first place. Showing off all kinds of flashy technology and strengths, Tengen manages to survive the fight even if he’s no longer fighting the next good fight. But it was such a big start for the fighter that fans continue to celebrate him to this day. Tengen Uzui won’t be part of the fight heading into the next wave of battles for Tanjirou and the others, but they won’t be alone for much longer. The third season of the anime is in the pipeline, and it will address the Swordsmith Village arc from the manga series. There’s still no word on exactly when fans will be able to see this new season (which looks like it could be released in 2023, if we’re lucky), but it’s going to take the fight to the next intense level with more senior members moving on.
Fortunately, there will also be some new Hashira joining the battle in this next arc as Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji, and Mist Hashita, Muichiro Tokito, will take part in the battle for the first time as they prepare to face some powerful demons as well. It’s a big reason to look forward to what’s coming next in the anime, and that’s just from the fights themselves outside of all the upcoming developments.
