Avatar Studios announces deal with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Studio

Avatar: Another Airbender His story ended more than ten years ago, but even though the world of Aang and Korra has come to an end, Avatar Studios is looking to bring back the curved universe with new films currently in production. While the stories are still shrouded in mystery, the main animation studio responsible for Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles The series has confirmed that she will play a major role in bringing Aang and the gang back for upcoming films.

Flying Bark Productions will be the studio helping with these new Avatar films, with the studio opening in 1962 under a different name, Yoram Gross Film Studios. Since its inception, the production house has not only worked on the latest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series and movies, but also Marvel’s What If?, LEGO Monkey KidAnd many other things.

Alexia Gates-Foale, production director at Flying Bark, took the opportunity to confirm that her studio would be involved in reviving Aang and co-workers Bender to the big screen, while also noting that the films come as an animators’ “dream project”:

To help confirm the studio’s participation in the new The Last Airbender’s Avatar Films, Executive Vice President of Paramount Animation, Mark Bakshi, commented on Flying Bark joining the bending world:

“We are very excited to be working with one of Australia’s first and last animation studios, Flying Bark.”

There are still many mysteries surrounding the upcoming Avatar The Last Airbender films, including release windows, although fans of the beloved franchise have been waiting a while to see the return of the curved universe.
