Take a look at San Diego Padres’ third baseman, Manny Machado, as he mocks Philadelphia Phillies fans after his first home run in Game 4 of the NLCS.

Saturday night, the San Diego Padres came 2-1 down in the National League Series against the Philadelphia Phillies. The night before, Padres’ comeback attempt ended in the ninth inning, and he lost 4-2 in game 3. But the Padres got off to a solid start to Game 4.

When he got into the batting box with two naysayers, Padres III captain Manny Machado was greeted with a chorus of boos and chants of “Manny Sucks” from Phillies fans at Citizens Bank Park. Machado then responded with a singles sprint to the left to give San Diego a 1-0 lead early on.

Machado rounded out the first base, and decided to trolle Feliz fans by placing his hand on his right ear.

Machado’s singles run at home helped the team launch a career. Right after that, Josh Bell hit one song, Jake Kronworth walked, and Brandon Drury hit twice to center field to give San Diego a 3-0 lead.

After the Phillies eliminated primary bowler Bailey Falter and brought in Connor Brogdon, Padres Shortstop’s Ha-Seong Kim cemented his lead to 4-0 on a solo RBI to the left.

Hearing the chants and boos, Machado answered by running on his turf to taunts on the road.
