Dragon Ball Fan – Anime finally pits Ultra Instinct against Super Ego

Dragon Ball Super put the manga on hiatus over the summer, and it won’t be long before the series returns. After all, Goku and Vegeta are busier than ever thanks to their newfound power. In the aftermath of the Granola’s Arc, the Saiyans harnessed the divine powers that they must master. Thanks to one fan, we can imagine how Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego might act in a battle against the other.

The piece, as you can see above, comes from Etienne Guignard on Youtube. After Vegeta unlocked his divine ability, the artist began making short animations dedicated to the figure, and Ultra Instinct Goku had to join in. And once you see this clip, you’ll know why fans want Goku and Vegeta to meet ASAP.

Could this clip actually happen?

If you’ve already seen the video, you’ll know that Etienne took off from animation, and combat choreography is on a whole other level. Ultra Instinct Goku looks terrifying in this fight while staying at the center. As for Ultra Ego Vegeta, the Saiyan wears his emotions on his face, and they are filled with anger. Saiyan goes so far as to swallow one of Goku ki’s explosions, and the fight escalates from there.

Of course, fans want to know if Dragon Ball can put up a fight like this in canon. Goku and Vegeta have these powers in hand, but they’re far from perfect. Granolah’s saga helped the pair take advantage of divine moves even when the odds were against him. There is probably no better way to test the forms than to use Goku and Vegeta against one another in training. And if something goes wrong, well – this will be available to intervene … most likely. It just depends on whether Bulma surprised God with some profitable task.
