The Cowboys have been suggested as a potential destination for freelancer WR Odell Beckham Jr. But Mike McCarthy has indicated that it could indeed happen.

They are second in the NFC East behind the undefeated Eagles but they have one of the best defenses in the league besides having a center back under the center position.
But this team is still striving to improve. They made a simple but impressive deal before the deadline of Jonathan Hankins to strengthen the interior of the defensive line. However, this wasn’t the “Deion Sanders” move that owner Jerry Jones raised.
As it turns out, it could be because the move he was talking about isn’t about trading, but rather, signing a free agent for recipient Odell Beckham Jr.
Among Jones’ comments, the team’s lack of moves on the trade deadline, the need for more receiver depth behind CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup, and The apparent common interest Between the Beckhams and the Cowboys, he would add all of that. And technical director Mike McCarthy may have given another hint about a possible OBJ signing.

While speaking to the media on Monday, McCarthy was asked about Beckham and was lavish on his praise, saying he’s “always been a huge fan” and has only heard good things about the wide receiver.
Yes, he and the Cowboys should be happy with the current receiving corps, especially with Noah Brown stepping up his production this season. But a three-headed beast of Lamb, OBJ and Gallup to go with the duo of Ezekiel Elliott-Tony Pollard and Prescott would make for a killer combination.
Of course, there’s nothing concrete about this, but there’s a start of breadcrumbs when it comes to O’Dell Beckham Jr. and Dallas. He mentioned them by name, the Cowboys seemed interested and like him, and Jerry Jones promised a massive move that could propel the team to the Super Bowl.
