DC introduces 13 new legacy characters from the Golden Age

Vladimir Sokov became Russia’s first superhero after Russian company Red Labs created a red lantern and ring that harnessed a scarlet flame that behaved very similarly to the Green Lantern played by Alan Scott. Red Lantern becomes an archenemy with Green Lantern, though the two once teamed up to take on the Nazis. In the early 1950s, Vladimir’s infant daughter inherited the power of Crimson Flame which led to her being taken by Red Labs. Red Lantern is presumably killed while trying to save his daughter, although his body, ring, and lantern were never found, and his daughter’s fate is unknown.

Salem the charming girl

Salem Rola Nader is the daughter of an Armenian-American immigrant and a woman who fled Limbu Town, but her parents abandoned the girl when she was a little girl, leaving her to inherit the curse of her mother Limba Town. She lived alone on the streets of Boston until Dr. Fiat took her for her protection in 1940 and became his friend. Like many money changers, Salem disappeared and has not been seen since.

Raghu Seetharaman turns out to be the long-lost sidekick of the Golden Age Mister Terrific, just right with the ploy of being the smartest boy in the world. However, his story was cut short in the 1940s when he disappeared trying to solve the issue of the disappearances of Molly Beecher and Betsy Ross.

Rosibel Rivera is the young friend of the hero Red Bee – something she becomes by chance after she finds the Red Bee’s lair and ends up with a device confiscated from Professor Pollen that eventually gives Rosibel her powers. The red bee was killed, and Rosbel disappeared.

Judy Garrick

Aka The Boom, Jodi Garrick is the daughter of Jay Garrick and Joan Garrick and was the teenage sidekick of The First Flash. She often traveled from her “present” day in 1963 to collaborate with her father. However, she stopped her visits after her birth on February 14, 1949, and in mysterious circumstances no one remembers her birth or existence.

John Henry Jr.

John Henry Irons is the brother of Peter Irons, grandfather of John Henry Irons II nicknamed The Crucifixion. It’s a version of the hero first introduced in Darwyn Cooke’s New Frontier.

Actor Michael Mayne is the son of Green Lantern opponent Alan Scott Molly Mayne, Harlequin, although his father remains unknown. A villain who reformed him to be a hero, was offered a place in the JSA but turned it down, although he is said to have been recently discovered at work during the Dark Crisis to help save the world.

Real name Gloria James, she discovers the identity of the Human Bomb hero, and after refusing to let her work with him to find her father’s killer, she attempts to recreate the experience that gave the Human Bomb his powers, and grants it powers. in processing. Golden Age Aquaman

His real name is unknown, but it is noted that he used the pseudonym Adam Waterman. The son of two scientists who gave birth and raised him in a lab near Atlantis (altering his physiology), he developed a close relationship with marine life and made headlines fighting the Nazis in the early 1940s. He declined an invitation to join the JPA and largely withdrew from the other champions. He disappeared from view in the fifties of the last century.

Betsy Ross and Molly Beecher

Betsy Ross is Rose Elizabeth “Betsy” while Molly Beecher is Molly Mabel Preacher. The two teenage Miss America contestants were Golden Age champions and both disappeared at the end of World War II along with teenage hero Quiz Kid, who went missing to investigate their disappearance.

The golden age of the miracle lord

The Golden Age Mister Miracle is revealed as Thaddeus Brown, and is described as an escape artist who trained and served as a mentor to New God Scott Free when he arrived on Earth with Scott eventually taking Thaddeus’ legacy. However, shortly after Thaddeus met Scott Frye, he was killed by gangster Steel Hand, but some – including his son Ted Brown – claimed that Thaddeus’ death was fake.
