The team behind the Batman: Arkham series has honored Kevin Conroy. In case you missed it, Kevin Conroy passed away today at the age of 66 after a battle with bowel cancer. The legendary actor is primarily known for his work as Batman in both anime, video games, and even some live action parts. His work was so creative, just like Mark Hamill’s Joker, that he went on to voice Batman for decades on a host of other projects including the acclaimed Arkham series.

They’ve been an essential part of Batman’s media, and the two sequels that Conroy will have will only up the ante. Not only was the gameplay incredibly fun, but Batman himself was multi-layered and endowed with a complex relationship with the Joker. It is currently unknown if Kevin Conroy is expected to play Batman in any upcoming games. Rocksteady coming Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League The game is set in the world of Arkham and can see Batman appear to help take down his former allies.
