The new PS5 report is great news for PlayStation fans this Black Friday

This new PS5 report has some good news for PlayStation fans hoping to pick up a console either on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or during the bigger holiday season before Christmas. Two years after its initial release, the PS5 is still an amazing item. Not only are they still incredibly in demand, but speculators with bots continue to fish out the stock to pump the distributor market. According to a new report, the market is not as profitable as it used to be and thus the speculators are starting to lose – some – interest.

The report follows the lines of Netacea, which recently published its quarterly index revealing the top five products targeted by software brokers and their bots. Data were for July, August and September. And for the first time since its release, the PS5 wasn’t among the top three. It’s four now. Not a huge improvement, but an improvement. What’s behind? Well, it looks like there’s more money to be made reselling the Adidas Yeezy Slide Bone, Nike Dunk Low Panda, and Panini Donruss Optic Football brand cards.

according to Netasia, the decrease in bot activity is due to increased inventory, which in turn lowers resale profit, although this indirect effect is gradual. And this is where the news gets really good. Sony is expected to have a large amount of inventory out for the holiday season, which means robot activity should drop even further.

However, if you’re not interested in restocking online after a couple of years of frustration, don’t be. More retailers began selling the console in stores. And the higher the stock, the longer this will last, too.
