WWE’s Bobby Lashley reveals he’s been given the Stranger Things and Mortal Kombat roles

At the moment, Bobby Lashley holds the WWE Championship in the United States and his ongoing feud with Brock Lesnar is on his mind, but when not competing in the ring, All Mighty has been known to perform in a few movie roles. In the past, Lashley has starred in movies like The Way of War and Blood Out, which took place in between superstar performances in WWE. It turns out that Lashley could also have been a part of two major franchises, as per a new interview with entertainment docksLashley revealed that he was offered roles in the Mortal Kombat and Stranger Things franchises, but ultimately decided that acting was not a priority for him at the time.

“I did a few movies when I was in the middle when I was fighting for a while, from my first run in WWE to my second run. I did about four or five (movies). Small parts, it needed that big,” Lashley said. A bad villain was getting in there, and I played that part. Of course, I would kill every time.”

“I was offered stuff after that. Mortal Kombat was shown to me. There was weird stuff. There were a lot of different things that were offered to me. At the time, I wasn’t really focused on doing that. I was fighting at the time, I was trying to get back into wrestling.” The acting part was something I was interested in, but I don’t think it was the right time. When I came back to WWE, I started doing more acting lessons, working on this, and now I’m more open to doing that,” said Lashley.

Lashley revealed that he had a few more projects in the works, and that he could see himself pursuing more in the field once his wrestling career ends. “We have a few different projects in there right now. I can see myself transitioning into a bigger role and doing some movies when I slow it down in professional wrestling,” said Lashley.

It doesn’t look like this is going to happen anytime soon, and Lashley will be next in the ring as part of Survivor Series: War Games, where he will take on Seth Rollins and Austin Theory in a triple threat match for the United States Championship. .
