Microsoft revealed when to expect Grand Theft Auto VI for issuance. It’s been nearly a decade since Rockstar Games last released Grand Theft Auto and four years since they released their latest title, Red Dead Redemption 2. With no one making a game quite like Rockstar Games with the talent, scale, and resources of their staff, many are eager for a new title. However, things like COVID may have internally pushed some projects back, but Rockstar Games has been kind enough to confirm that the next Grand Theft Auto is in the works and will apparently be its next release. As for when it will be released remains to be seen since we don’t have a trailer for the game yet, but Rockstar promises more information in the coming months.

Either way, 2024 doesn’t seem at all out of the question. By then, Rockstar will have a 6 year release gap over its previous title and 11 years since the last Grand Theft Auto.
