Post-credit scenes have been a staple of the Marvel Cinematic Universe since its inception. When Werewolf by night It was released in October with no further news, however, leaving fans wondering if Marvel Studios’ special presentations on Disney+ will break that tradition. Fortunately for fans hoping to catch a glimpse of some teasers, Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special Dealing with a funny stinger after the credits only entries in the franchise can evoke. Slight spoilers ahead for Marvel Studios’ latest release – proceed with caution if you haven’t seen it yet Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special!
After the first batch of credits runs, the holiday special It shows Rocket (Bradley Cooper) and Cosmo (Maria Bakalova) decorating the Grootas If It’s Christmas tree. Then Groot (Vin Diesel) gets tired and drops his arms, destroying the tinsel and decorations that Rocket and Cosmo put on their friend earlier. While there aren’t big teasers – like Will Poulter’s Adam Warlock intro or Silver Surfer reveal – Rocket looks straight into the camera and teases for a moment Guardians Holiday Special.
“Well, I always try to be balanced with this stuff, so I think it’s cool,” said Guardians lead James Gunn, formerly Brandon Davis of ComicBook.com. “People have to see holiday special. You will obviously learn a lot about where the Guardians have been in the past few years. You know, you will see how they now live in Knowhere. They have a new ship called Bowie. They have a dog [who] He is part of their crew now who has a telekinesis named Cosmo. So where you can learn all of that and then there are a few more spoiler bits. You will learn all of these things. In a way, it is holiday special It was a Trojan horse for me to sneak in on things that become important Volume 3so I don’t have to spend a lot of time at the beginning of this movie explaining it.”
