Tiantian Colander is the co-founder of the Hong Kong-based Amber Group. The company’s website posted a very sad message on November 23 with “the deepest sadness and a heavy heart.”

It was reported that Tiantian Colander died in his sleep

Colander, referred to by many as TT, launched Amber with a select group of financial experts and experts in 2017, along with these visionaries who were members of the former Goldman Sachs Group and Morgan Stanley.

Just this year, Crypto took a staggering $3 billion valuation once it secured a $200 million funding round.

Before founding the tech giant that eventually became the Amber Group, he traded with both of the aforementioned financial giants where he excelled in any endeavor he pursued, so much so that he made the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, a huge honor in the finance world.

The company issued a statement on its website

It says, “He put his heart and soul into the company at every stage of its growth. He set an example with his intellect, generosity, humility, diligence and creativity.”

“TT was a respected thought leader who is widely recognized as a leader in the industry. Countless startups and individuals have benefited from his depth of knowledge, willingness to collaborate, and willingness to always help others.

“His ideas and creations have inspired many projects, people and communities.”

The statement continued, “We have lost a great partner and true friend at TT and words cannot express our grief at this time.”

“TT’s legacy will live on and we will work even harder to make Amber the class-defining company for our industry, as that was TT’s ambition and dream.

“TT was a devoted husband, loving father, and fierce friend. His passing is a tragedy and our thoughts and prayers are with his family.”
