Jason Aaron The Avengers Run introduced several new characters spanning the history of the Marvel Universe. The series focused on legacy characters, introducing Ghost Riders, never-before-seen hosts of the Phoenix Force, and owners of the Starbrand. The Avengers from 1,000,000 B.C. in particular played a huge role in the series, and one of the team members is said to be coming to marvel avengers. According to trusted leaker Miller, the Starbrand originally known as Vnn will be added to the game as a premium cosmetic for the Hulk!
At the moment, it’s not clear when the skin will be made available, but Miller shared images of the Starbrand skin in the tweet embedded below. It was also retweeted by Jason Aaron, which may give it more authenticity.

Turning the Hulk into a Starbrand from 1,000,000 B.C. makes a lot of sense! While some comic-inspired skins from marvel avengers They took creative liberties with the designs, and this bears a strong resemblance to the character’s comic origins. It’s very faithful to Esad Ribic’s original design, and fans of the current Avengers volume are sure to want to snag this one!
Since its launch more than two years ago, marvel avengers It contains a lot of unexpected references to the comics that inspired it. While the game’s MCU skins are the most popular, there’s just something cool about the way developer Crystal Dynamics continues to introduce characters and designs that remain exclusive to the comics. It’s great fun for both longtime Avengers fans, as well as current readers. Heck, it might convince some gamers to give comics a shot!
