WWE’s Dijak has everyone on notice in the return of the NXT In-Ring

The man formerly known as Dominik Dijakovic and T-Bar returned to WWE NXT in last week’s episode, surprising North American Champion Wes Lee, and tonight he returns to NXT against Dante Chen. Dijak was totally working on his in-ring return to the NXT brand, though Chen would come back with an insult of his own and even knock Dijak to the ground. Nothing seemed to get him down for long, and eventually Dijak would start hitting his stride and almost hit Chen, getting the big pin and the win in his return to NXT.

Dijak showed his strength from the start of the match, but Chen wasn’t just going to take the punishment, and brought Dijak back again. Dijak sent him to the outside but Chen hit him back first into the ring apron, but unfortunately Dijak caught him before he could get into the ring.

Dijak slammed him on the mat and then started hitting him. Chen hit his back with his forearm, then kicked him and threw him into the corner to hit him with back elbows and whooping blows. He then threw Chen across the ring and stomped on him, and while Chen was fighting back briefly, Dijak pinned him to the corner turnbuckle as he connected with big jabs on Chen’s back.

Dijak lifted Chen but landed on his feet and hit Dijak with blows to the stomach and a big punch to the chest before hitting a punt kick, but Dijak came back with a hard kick to the face. It looked like he had been slammed into him and Djak held him in a chokehold before kneeling him to the face and pin, giving him his first win in an NXT comeback.

Now he turns his sights on Lee, who attacked him last week and called him a receipt. Lee didn’t come out to the ring, but Dijak then got on the mic, saying that was an example of Hard Justice. “Relentless extermination. I want you to look me in the eye. The only thing you will see is inflicting suffering,” said Dijac. “This place. NXT. This is a place to turn to, but not for me. No. I didn’t come here to reinvent myself. No, I came here to rob soft society and any man who gets in my way. Wes me. Dante Chen. Apollo Crews, Bron Breaker, it makes no difference to me. All of you faceless men will be brought to justice. My justice.”

We’ll have to wait and see what Lee has to say about Dijak’s return and who his next challenger is, but Dijak doesn’t seem to be waiting for his answer.
