It was an idea that came to me in July of 2020 on a sleepless night. I had lost my husband 2 weeks ago and couldn’t sleep, woke up in the middle of the night and they were showing Christmas movies on TV at the time to cheer people up during COVID. It was like the height of COVID, and so I’m watching this Christmas movie and I thought of this idea of ​​a fitness trainer. I remember thinking, “I watch a lot of these movies, and there’s never been any kind of physical fitness involved.”
