The Christmas season comes to CBS in a new way with Fit for ChristmasStarring Amanda Kloots. The project the talk The co-host’s first movie, and she’s in it as more than just a leading lady. Broadway alum Amanda Kloots reached out to many people in 2020 when she opened up about her husband’s struggle with COVID, before and after He died in July of that year. Now with Fit for Christmas Released to bring some holiday cheer, Kloots shared with CinemaBlend that she wanted this to be the project that got her back into acting because she created it, then explains how she found the inspiration during a difficult time:

Anna White wrote a number of holiday films for Hallmark and Lifetime before joining Amanda Kloots, and extended trailer Proof enough that they’re bringing a hilarious, hilarious project to CBS. The film follows the story of Christmas-obsessed fitness guru Audrey, whose mistletoe holiday plans hit a snag when she is confronted by charming (and less than festive) businessman Griffin (Played by Hallmark legend Paul Green) with his own plans for the city. Can they find common ground, and maybe something more together?
You’ll have to tune in to see what the holiday season holds for Audrey and Griffin on December 4, but playing this character meant Amanda Kloots was able to bring her real-life fitness skills to the Christmas movie, which allowed her to do so. Something I actually love while she was also enjoying a star. When asked about her experience using her real-life skills in Fit for Christmasshe confirmed that it was “a lot of fun”, and explained:
As a fitness instructor, Audrey will be able to combine dance with aerobics and – of course – Christmas for her workouts at Mistletoe, and Amanda Kloots didn’t exactly need to go to a fitness boot camp to learn all the right moves!
