Eva Longoria stepped into Jefferson Stein’s short film “Burros” as an executive producer.

She will produce alongside Sandra Conditto, Head of Film and Television for Longoria’s production company, UnbeliEVAble Entertainment.

Burruss premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and has since won numerous awards including Best Short Film at the Scad Savannah Film Festival, New York International Children’s Film Festival, and the RNCI Red Nation Awards.

Stein’s previous short film “Tumble Dry Low” premiered at the Seattle International Film Festival, Maryland Film Festival, and was selected for the Shoot New Director’s Showcase. He has also written a feature screenplay set in the same world as Boros with the title Where the Sun Meets Magdalena, for which she was a quarter-finalist for the Nicole Academy Fellowship in Screenwriting.
