WWE SuperCard reveals the first update for Season 9

WWE SuperCard recently launched Season 9, which ushered in three new tiers of cards to collect, a new TLC mode, new tournaments, and more, and now Cat Daddy Games and 2K have revealed the first update for Season 9 for the game. The new update will rotate multiple titles and will add three new tournaments to the mix. It will also add a new announcer card, and extend Twitch Drops, giving fans a chance to collect more snowballs to use in In Your House mode. The update hit mobile devices today, and you can find the full list of the update below.

On Twitter, the WWE SuperCard account shared the following update, writing “First update for Season 9 is here! Starting with the championships, the following rotated: the RAW Men’s Tag Team Titles, the SmackDown Men’s Tag Team Titles, and the Women’s Tag Team Titles.

To complement these tournaments, the following championships have been added: the Continental Championship, the United States Championship, and the NXT North American Championship.

We’ve also added our newest announcer card: Kayla Braxton

We enjoy seeing you all participate in our Twitch Drops. thanks for watching. We hope you enjoy falling snowballs in the expanded version of Twitch Drops, which also launches today. We’ll keep seeing you on Twitch. – WWE SuperCard

We recently had the opportunity to talk to Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair all about WWE SuperCard Season 9 and all the new features, which included the new champion buffs. These boosts were more individual rather than general equipment boosts, and so we had to come up with some ideas, including a cue boost and a golf cart upgrade.

(laughs) When it comes to Bianca Belair, you always have to elevate what it is because I’m not a basic thing. The braid, to the cog, to the rhinestone shoes, like I said, driving golf carts now in Saudi Arabia, Belair said, so You always have to up the ante.

The game can now also accommodate the Undisputed Champions, as there are several of them in WWE at the moment. I asked Belair if she had any interest in pursuing the SmackDown Women’s Championship as well, but for now, she’s focused on the Raw Top Championship.

“By combining both, I like to focus on one. You can have more goals, there’s more options on the table, and also it gives more women on the list opportunities, more women can shine and there’s more of the spotlight on everyone,” said Belair. “But for now, I’m the Raw Women’s Champion, and I want to focus on that and continue to hold that title for a long time. And then I feel like my SmackDown Women’s Title reign has been cut short, and so I’ll always love to eventually come back to that and have a longer title. I like that they’re both on the table.”

You can play WWE SuperCard Season 9 now on iOS and Android devices.
