According to reports, these student loan payments are set to resume 60 days after legal challenges are resolved. If no agreement is reached by June 30, those payments will continue to resume after 30 days, i.e. August 29, 2023. The paused types of student loans are Federal Direct Student Loans, Federal Family Education Loan Program, Federal Perkins Loans, FFEL Defaulted Loans, and Failing health education help.
