A new podcast by AEW Star Dax Harwood teases the CM Punk news

Not much has been officially said about CM Punk’s stance with AEW or even his time with AEW since All Out, but that seems to be changing very soon. FTR’s Dax Harwood recently announced that he’s launching a new podcast titled FTR with Dax Harwood on the AdFreeShow podcast network, and today he stopped by when the first episode aired. Although it was better than revealing that the main subject would be CM Punk, as he shared photos showing himself and Punk then when FTR accompanied Punk to the ring. Matt Kuhn is acquitted that Punk will not be a guest star on the episode, but he will be the subject.

This will be the first time anyone has ever gone on record about Punk after all, and regardless of whether Harwood digs into all the details or just talks about Punk’s time in AEW in general, it will still be something fans don’t want. to miss.

Punk recently made some references to his time in AEW during his recent stints on commentary with Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC), but he and AEW have offered no explanations or in-depth details about what happened at All Out or the contract buyout reports. And everything else will appear after that.

Over time though we’ve received a few details here and there about Punk’s future plans if the situation doesn’t happen, and the latest revelation was from AEW’s Stokely Hathaway. During an appearance on the Renée Paquette Sessions podcast, Hathaway said that things with him and the company were meant to be different and that plans called for them to become involved with Punk.

“Everything that was supposed to happen with the company just didn’t,” Hathaway said. “Back at All Out, and what happened right after the pay-per-view, that’s a big part of it. Whoever we were supposed to compete with directly is no longer in the company.”

Hathaway then revealed that he was hand-picked by Punk for the role and to work with him, and that means a lot to him. “That’s something I was looking forward to because I was hand-picked for the role. I will say that, I don’t know the specifics, if people are picking a side or anything, but for me, the truth is, hey, I want to work with this guy,” CM Punk said. A lot of weight and it means a lot, no matter what happened, and what will happen,” Hathaway said.

FTR with Dax Harwood released the first episode on December 29th.
