The final chapter of the My Hero Academia manga sees All For One and his top lieutenants in the League of Villains continue to turn the tide of the Final War. Thanks to the machinations of All For One, Kurogiri gets free and opens a Warp Gate to bring his League of Villains comrades together to launch a final counterattack on the heroes’ divide-and-conquer strategy.
Himiko Toga put her master plan into action, twice copying the BFF’s form and abilities and raising an army of clones to surpass the heroes. Add to that Dappy unleashing his most fearsome gunfire ever, and suddenly these guys learn why All Might made them swear by these bad guys in the first place!

In My Hero Academia chapter 376, the heroes desperately try to regroup, and All For One takes a while to gloat about their newfound fortune. While the evil commander is pleased with how the various factors in the battle line up in his favour, he remains firmly focused on his goal: to reach Tomura Shigaraki’s location. All For One uses the power of flight to launch a missile towards Shigaraki’s location – only to be stopped in its tracks by Hawks!
Hawks calls the entire All For On on his true master plan: protecting Shigaraki while his full body strength is still incomplete. Hawks has a great deal of speed that All For One seems to want in moving from his position to Shigaraki’s – although Shigaraki is supposed to be the ultimate villain. All For One doesn’t let Hawks know how true he is, though he admits it to himself through a monologue:
In a real sense, this body [Shigaraki] Not completed yet. There is a reason why this version of me is still necessary.”
During the Total War arc in My Hero Academia, it is explained that All For One is heading to Shigaraki as a replacement ship. Shigaraki’s intense hatred was the willpower that would survive and survive Dr. Garaki’s infernal power-enhancing process, until Shigaraki became the ultimate evil force that All For One could inhabit, through the AFO they shared between them. The heroes have thwarted this master plan time and time again, but if All For One can reach Shigaraki and complete the process and/or fuse with him, it could be game over for Deku and the heroes…
