The Bears are finally saying goodbye to Ted Phillips, and lining up a big-name replacement

Warren has had a good run with the Minnesota Vikings. to me ESPN’s Pete ThamelWarren played a role in helping the Vikings build a new stadium, US Bank Stadium. This is a task the Bears will approach in the coming years on the 326 acres the team has purchased in Arlington Heights.”

Although the Bears have not been the most successful team for many years, Warren could be a major factor in changing that. It can be difficult to fix a team’s performance right away, but building a new stadium is an important decision.

Kevin Warren can make fans more excited to see the Bears

While existing fans will be loyal to their team no matter what, Warren can certainly increase viewership and engagement at the new stadium. After all, the Las Vegas Raiders have had a massive increase in viewership (10% during the 2021 season) seems to be getting better.

Bears are a work in progress. They currently have a tough 3-12 record and sit at the bottom of the NFC North with no shot at knocking out last place, but they’ve made some good additions to the team over the past few years, notably by drafting Justin Fields.

Fields is showing a lot of potential and while he may not be the best player in the league right now, he can certainly help move the team in the right direction over the next few seasons with the right talent added.

Warren has proven himself in other projects and with Chicago competitors. Maybe now he can do that with the bears.
