Henry Cavill is officially out of his role as Superman once again after James Gunn revealed that he’s not only writing a new Superman movie, but that it’s set to focus on a younger version of the character. Don’t worry because Gunn’s Superman movie won’t exactly be an origin story, but it will focus on the time when the Man of Steel first arrived in Metropolis and started working for the Daily Planet. Since Cavill stepped out in a major role, fans have been pitching him to join another major franchise. It seems that fans still want the actor to play James Bond/007 in the upcoming reboot of the franchise, and a fan has created some fan art featuring the actor in the role.
An Instagram artist working with handle @Rahalarts has created a design that imagines the Superman actor as the next James Bond. In the fan art, we see Cavill get the classic 007 look equipped with sunglasses and it really suits him. Although Cavill has not been rumored to be playing the role, he is definitely in demand by fans all over the world. Check out James Bond fan art below!
Gunn and Peter Safran started their jobs as co-CEOs of DC Studios in November and it’s safe to say DC’s future looks bright. When the duo was announced by the head of Warner Bros. New Discovery, they released a statement about their excitement for the job.
