My Hero Academia fans really want an AU fantasy show

My Hero Academia has seen several of its heroes fall on hard times in both the pages of the shonen manga and anime adaptation, with the former continuing the “final arc” of the series, and the latter concluding the Paranormal Liberation Arc in the TV show’s sixth season. While there have been spin-offs focusing on the UA Academy world in the past, Shonen fans are hoping to see a set story eventually brought to life that focuses on alternate takes of our heroes in a fantasy setting.

There has yet to be an official story created for the anime’s protagonists with outfits and aesthetics that make them look like they were plucked from the world of “Dungeons & Dragons” rather than a modern society, but the designs sure impressed fans. While Horikoshi shared the art over the years of Class 1-A and the Hero Society heroes donning these new looks, the fictional universe also appeared in a final sequence of the anime itself, recently returning to the manga thanks to a cover that was part of Chapter 376, continuing the story of The final arc” of the series.

My Fantasy Academy

Twitter user Aitai Ki Mochi got the ball rolling in requesting a spin-off series for My hero academy It would focus on barbarians and witches rather than superheroes, while also sharing past art drawn by Shonen creator Kohei Horikoshi reimagining young Class 1-A crime fighters:

The supernatural war of liberation recently ended in My Hero Academia Anime adaptation, in which Class 1-A and the Hero Society look to put the pieces back together after the disastrous fallout from the fight against Shigaraki and the League of Villains. Rest assured, the Shonen world will be an entirely different, and worse, place for the crime-fighters despite their victory over the All For One forces as they will deal with not only the aftermath of the attack, but the revelations of Dabi, the villain revealed to be the son of Hero Number One and brother of UA Shoto Todoroki.
