Resident Evil 4 She turns 18 today and fans are celebrating the game’s anniversary. There are few distinctive and classic games like Resident Evil 4. It’s a game that was simultaneously terrifying, but also a total adrenaline rush as it began to turn the series into more of an action franchise. Although it was still focused on atmosphere and horror, Leon Kennedy was definitely more of an action hero than any other hero in the series. However, it achieved that perfect balance that wasn’t quite there in the following games and left a lot of gaming memories that he will never forget.

Now, ahead of the upcoming new version of the game, Resident Evil 4 Turning 18, it’s a little crazy to think that it’s been this long, especially since Capcom has made it clear that they never left the zeitgeist. Capcom has re-released the game several times, making it playable on every platform that came after its initial release. This also included the incredibly well received VR version. However, fans have begun to share their favorite memories of the game on Twitter and reminisce about the game. Some fans even thought back to their favorite moments and wondered what they would look like in the upcoming remake coming out in March.

Resident Evil 4 remake It’s been on fans’ wish list for a long time. Ever since Capcom made it clear that they’ve been working their way through and remaking the main series, fans have been hoping the company would make it to 4. Thankfully, it’s almost upon us now and all of the gameplay released so far feels really special and should make for a game Fans are delighted with it. Only time will tell if it can properly retain a lot of the little touches and atmosphere that made the original game so scary and memorable, but it looks like it’s on the right track for now.
