Student lunch debt does not discriminate. Families making less than $52,000 a year can apply for free or reduced meals at the school. On a visit to a Pennsylvania town, Meg Oliver finds a diverse area where students live in mobile homes and mansions, and where administrators receive an increasing number of calls from parents saying they can’t pay for meals.
