Shazam! Wrath of the Gods Released in theaters this weekend, it’s not expected to do well at the box office, which may have something to do with the film’s poor critical reception. Currently, the sequel is in the works Rotten tomatoes by 54% from critics, which is significantly lower than the 90% for the first film. but, Shazam! Wrath of the Gods He has a much higher audience score. The film currently has an 85% audience score, which is higher than the 82% for the first film. Of course, not many moviegoers have roughly checked out the sequel yet since it’s only been out for a few days. currently, Shazam! Wrath of the Gods It has a CinemaScore that most closely matches its audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. The movie has a B+, which matches some amazing DC movies, including the poorly received ones suicide squad (2016) and Wonder Woman 1984.

Currently, it’s unclear if this will be the last we see of Shazamily. However, director David F. Sandberg recently said that it can depend on the box office turnout. “[Shazam!] It definitely wouldn’t happen if people didn’t go see the movie, Sandberg said in response to a fan on Twitter Monday night. “What I was told is that there is nothing in it Shazam Films that contradict future plans for the capital. So the possibility of getting more Shazam is there and if that’s what you want, your best bet is to go see the movie.”
If there’s a third Shazam movie, the cast has an idea. Zachary Levi, who plays the titular hero, apparently pitched an idea to his co-star, Rachel Ziegler (Anthea). during an interview with NMEZeliger talked about some of the three potential ideas.
“I think it would be cool to do this zombie plot that Zack obsessive about,” Ziegler explained. “that it evil dead Meets Superman Meets bigwhich doesn’t seem like it should work, but I think it might.”
