“At the end of the day, I was very happy with the people who passed,” Filoni said of the characters who made the transition from animation to live action. There may or may not be more Ahsoka, if that’s your thing. If you’re excited about it, I’m just saying one might have more, which makes sense, by the way. You know, I wrote it. You can’t fault me there.”
Currently, some fan-favorite animated characters have already been confirmed for the new series, so it’s not clear if Filoni is referring to them or if he’s teasing some surprises.
when Ahsoka take place?
“It’s a fun way to think about it,” Filoni told The Wrap. “I tend to think, like we were working The Mandalorian Then write AhsokaThen John Watts came along The ship’s crewThere’s a full time period after-Return of the Jedi. And look back at that time period that was before The Force Awakens, about 30 years from the time. When you look at the original trilogy, it’s a much shorter period of time than these three films could have taken place. And so, what I love is that we’re very slowly building an ecosystem of characters and politics and events in the post —Return of the Jedi time period. And that may or may not expand further as we add more shows to it and add more characters to it.”
will The Mandalorian tie with Ahsoka And The ship’s crew?
Star Wars: Ahsoka And Star Wars: The Skeleton Crew Both are in the works, and though they’re expected to be standalone stories, Favreau still wants to make sure all of the shows are connected. While speaking with BFM TV (trans diverse), Favreau explained that the new shows will all take place around the same time.
“Season 4, yeah I actually wrote it,” Favreau revealed. “We have to know where we’re going to tell the whole story. We’ve set it, Dave [Filoni] And I, slowly begin to write each episode. I was writing it during post-production. It all should feel like a continuation and one whole story.”[Dave’s] a job Ahsokathat he produced with him. He is the writer and responsible for it. To understand what is happening in other programs …. The ship’s crew It all happens at the same time star Wars time period. There are a lot of things to keep in mind and also things that we have established from previous seasons The Mandalorian also.”
