Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 has entered its second week, which means new weekly missions and rewards. Get out there and complete those goals!
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 is alive and thriving! It’s our favorite day of the week here at DualShockers! That’s right, it’s Tuesday, which means new weekly missions in everyone’s favorite Battle Royale! If you don’t have time to attack these missions right away, don’t worry.
These missions will last all season, which means you can come back to them whenever you want. Just don’t forget about them entirely, because these quests are your main ticket to big XP and the seasonal battle pass cosmetics. With the addition of cosmetics, players have more reasons than ever before to complete weekly missions.
Tasks for the second week
This week will see some travel to be done, especially in terms of lighthouses. Other than that, this is a pretty simple week of challenges. Most of the missions are pretty straightforward, and your in-game mission map can point you in the right direction if you have any confusion at all.
- Eliminate opponents with the suppressed assault rifle… 0/5
- Restore health in the hot springs… 0/1
- Visit all three lighthouses in one match… 0/3
- Buy an item from P33LY, NEORALYNX, or CRZ-8… 0/1
- Dealing damage to opponents with the heavy sniper rifle… 0/500
If you’re wondering about rewards, we’ve got you covered. You can expect to receive 12k XP from each of these missions. The only exception to this is the last mission, which will net you a whopping 24k experience instead of the usual 12k. This works well, because hitting people with your heavy sniper rifle can be a challenge and a half on a good day. Don’t forget that as you complete more and more weekly missions, you will sometimes get XP in increments of 34k. This is a cumulative bonus that encourages you to complete as many tasks as possible.
