The scene shifts to Coruscant, where we see Dr. Ben Pershing live there to participate in the New Republic’s amnesty program. Jane is surprised to see Elijah Kane there, who reveals that she was working with Pershing on his research and worked as a receptionist there. Although the New Republic banned cloning research, it urged Pershing to continue it.

Elijah and Pershing then headed to the place where they were able to find the materials needed for the research work.
