Wild Hearts confirms that the April update will include new weapons, improvements, and more

Together with the administrator Wild Hearts March Content Update Report, This is confirmed The game will receive another update on April 6th. The next update will add new weapons and armor, karakuri and kimono, as well as many improvements and fixes. The report also introduced Grimstalker Kemono as the newest addition to the Wild Hearts roster.

The report states that the new kimono will be a fox with a power that manipulates its petals, named a Murakumo. Murakumo literally means gathering clouds (叢雲), and may be a reference to Ame no Murakumo no Tsurugi (Heavenly Sword of Gathering Clouds 天叢雲剣), one of the Three Sacred Treasures of Japan, and also the sword of the sun god Amaterasu (represented in Phoenix Kemono) .

As for the current update, it introduces Grimstalker Kemono, which has the massive ability to manipulate two items at will. This powerful ability allows her to summon water and waves to disrupt the movement of her enemies. Additionally, when a Grimstalker enters a rage state, it transforms into a fire state and unleashes devastating attacks of molten rock.

Players are advised to use Elemental Lantern Karakuri’s fusion to absorb and reduce – and possibly neutralize – the effects of these elemental attacks. Furthermore, Grimstalker materials are said to be useful for crafting a weapon capable of splitting heaven and earth, and a shield that shines brightly on the battlefield.

There are three new missions currently awaiting players. One challenges players to defeat Amaterasu without dying once, and the other calls on players to defeat the kimono Kengtosuke and Etosuke with only two lives. The last one pits players against the evil Dreadclaw, as well as Peralbeak and Lavaback. Players who emerge victorious will receive a new chat stamp and emoji for each victory.

Last but not least, the April update is said to introduce a new system known as the Limit Break system. Not much is known about this system, but it is very plausible that it could work similarly monster hunterReinforcements. Boosts in Monster Hunter (which is a direct inspiration for Wild Hearts) allow players to upgrade weapons and add some perks to them beyond the maximum level, which is strongly implied by the words “limit” and “break”.
