How to use Handoff on your iPhone and Mac
- Run a file settings app on your iPhone> general > broadcast and delivery.
- make sure that delivery Switch is enabled.
- Similarly, run System settings app on your Mac> general > AirDrop & Handoff.
- Make sure Allow Handoff between This Mac and your iCloud devices maybe.
- Now when your iPhone and Mac are in close proximity with Bluetooth enabled, you’ll be able to hand over tasks between the two devices.
- On iOS, you’ll see a Handoff shortcut under File switcher application.
- Meanwhile, on macOS, the shortcut will appear to the right of File Sidewalk.
