The fight continues in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 218

The next chapter will start with a brief flashback, where we see Yorozu’s true form when she lived in the Heian Era over a thousand years ago. Back then, she wasn’t very strong and suffered because her cursed technique had too little output of cursed energy. However, she was fascinated by how insects use her energy, which is why she found the insect shield she is currently using in battle. The insect shield is most notable for the build type of cursed style and for medium ranged battles.

In the present day, the battle continues, and Yorozu punches and then kicks Sukuna, sending him flying. She is still mad at him for using a CT on Megumi instead of Shrine. The painting shows the Mahoraga’s wheel on Sukuna’s head, which means that the Mahoraga is not fully invoked. Yorozu, still swept up in Sukuna’s love, yells at him and tells him to cut and cut her with his CT and feel the love through his eyes. Some techniques cover Sukuna in liquid metal, but he is able to break it easily.

Sukuna then makes a hand signal and summons Madoka Deer, who is known for his ability to heal with the Reverse Cursed technique. Madoka Deer also neutralizes Yorozu’s liquid metal by erasing the CT scan inside of it. He then summons another shikigami, a bull named Kangyū, who hits Yoruzu hard and sends her flying.

Sukuna made Skikigami’s form unusual to prevent him from being destroyed. The shikigami he summoned weren’t that strong, but Sukuna provided them with a massive amount of CE.

Yorozu fights the bull by punching him and shouting, “Don’t take me easy.” However, the bull keeps hitting it, and Yorozu realizes that his strength increases even more as he covers a greater distance. Suddenly, Sukuna uses his Rabbit Escape technique, and Yorozu loses sight of Sukuna due to hundreds of rabbits approaching her.

Revealed to be in the air, Sukuna overpowers Yorozu by dropping an oversized Max Elephant on her. The attack is powerful enough to break Yorozu’s shield, returning her to her normal form. Sukuna then commented, “Looks like you don’t deserve to use the shrine. Is that all you got for your love?”
