Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Switch OLED is still available – but faster | Games | entertainment

Even though The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom brings back one of Breath of the Wild’s worst features, Nintendo Switch fans (myself included) are still very excited about the upcoming Zelda sequel. During a recent Nintendo Direct conference, Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma showed off some of the game’s new locations, as well as a few of Link’s latest abilities. The conference ended with confirmation that the kingdom-themed Nintendo Switch OLED console will launch two weeks before the game. And while the console has proven incredibly popular among collectors and hardcore Zelda fans, Amazon is still accepting pre-orders for the amazing new mobile device. You can choose your Nintendo Switch (OLED Model) Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Limited Edition by clicking on the link below.

The Tears of the Kingdom Nintendo Switch OLED model launches on April 28th and is currently priced at £319.99 on Amazon.

The price will probably go up once it sells out and becomes something collectible, so you might want to hurry up and place your order as soon as possible.

As you can see from the image above, Tears of the Kingdom consoles feature the Hylian Crest logo from the Legend of Zelda series on the front of the dock.

That’s on top of a pair of gold Joy-Con controllers, which also feature various Zelda icons and icons.

As a reminder, the OLED Switch features a 7-inch screen that is capable of producing clearer and more vibrant images.

It also has a wider base compared to the older model, as well as 64GB of storage and improved audio.

As for Tears of the Kingdom, Breath of the Wild has a May 12 release date, exclusively on Nintendo Switch.

The new game will feature a selection of floating islands, which can be found in the skies above Hyrule.

Link can move to floating islands using his new rewind function on rocks that have fallen to the ground.

Another neat new feature is the ability to combine items together to craft new weapons. For example, Link can create a makeshift hammer by combining a stick and a rock. Similarly, you can create a cloud of smoke by adding puffshroom to your shield.

Link can create his own speedboats and planes using his new abilities.

In addition to the aforementioned Zelda-themed OLED Switch model, Nintendo will be releasing a Tears of the Kingdom carrying case and a Pro controller.
