Final Four events are free to take advantage of this weekend

Houston, Texas (KTRK) – A man was arrested for posing as law enforcement to get into a Final Four Fan Fest party on Friday, according to court records.

Trayvone Lil Darus Stevenson, 28, is accused of impersonating a government employee.

Court documents read that, on Friday, Stevenson was allegedly wearing a “Police K-9” jacket and “identified himself to event security as a police officer for the purpose of participating in a live music event associated with Final Four basketball weekend.”

Houston’s Megan Thee Stallion was headlining the NCAA March Madness Music Festival in Discovery Green in her first concert of the year.

Also scheduled to perform are Tim McGraw and Keith Urban, who are scheduled to perform on Sunday, and Lil Nas X, who will perform on Saturday.

Stevenson, who has no record, is currently being held in the Harris County Jail and is expected to return to court on Monday, April 3.
