As reported by the German outlet Gameswirtschaft.deDetails of the second Lord Of The Rings game were discovered by Daedalic in Database of video game projects Receive the support of the German government. The project’s codename is “It’s Magic,” and it’s set to launch by August of 2024 with €2 million in support from the German government.
The database even provides a full description of the rumored game, which we’ve included below:
“Daedalic is working on a new project that will take the player into a lush world full of mythical creatures and magic. It tells a story from the perspective of a character who has never been seen before. The player discovers entirely new areas and influences the events of the world within the scope of his role and abilities. We must stress that, apart from the details taken from the German database, there has been no official announcement regarding the second Lord Of The Rings game by Daedalic Entertainment. If the rumor is true, the game will likely be in development before The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum is even released.
