Waller, TX (KTRK) – The Public Safety Department reported that 28 students were riding a school bus during a head-on collision with 18 wheels on Monday morning. The video above is live 24/7 on ABC13. Officials said the 18-wheeler collided with Waller ISD Bus 231 at the intersection of FM 1488 and Kickapoo Road.
