Farm animal abuse: Donkeys, horses, goats and birds were among dozens rescued from Liberty County property by Houston SPCA!

Dayton, Texas (KTRK) – Authorities have rescued dozens of emaciated farm animals on a property in Liberty County, according to the Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. The video above shows authorities removing farm animals from the scene.
