Houston, Texas (KTRK) – Houston police are working to determine if the downtown shooting was justified. Officers said the man who was shot may have been homeless. The shooting took place on the front porch of a house on Chenevert Street near Tawam Street, near Baldwin Park, just before 10 p.m. Thursday.
