Hello Pablo Schreiber about Mr. President removing his helmet

when Hello for the first time Paramount + Later this week on March 24, she’ll be putting on the face of Master Chief in a very real way. Actor Pablo Schreiber portrays the character in the mod, and while the Master Chief isn’t known for taking off his helmet or showing much flogging, the show doesn’t quite follow the same rules as the rest of the franchise. ComicBook.com recently had the opportunity to ask Schreiber about portraying Master Chief and give the character an actual face of the name while at SXSW.

When asked about taking off the Master Chief’s helmet in the series and if he’s nervous about showing his face, Schreiber said, “No, it’s not nerve-wracking. It feels really exciting.” “It’s a broker’s entertainment detail, isn’t it? Hello It’s a first-person shooter, and so Chief has always been kept as an icon, a very mysterious character that you don’t really know because you’re supposed to be him. You put yourself in this situation and fill in every detail of your character yourself.”

Schreiber continued, “We’re making a TV show and in order to get the audience to connect with the character over the course of a long-running TV show, there’s no way you can get the audience through that without getting to know the character, without bonding with the character, without sympathizing with the character. And that seems impossible. Almost with a helmet the whole time.”

According to Schreiber, there are a lot of things embedded in the history of the franchise that may not have been shown due to the nature of the medium. The only rule of thumb is to never take off your helmet [for Spartans] He’s the one who talks about not taking off the president because you’re supposed to believe he is. So this is a new form of entertainment, it is a new medium. It’s a chance for people who’ve played as a boss for a long time to put aside their console, sit on the sofa, and enjoy the experience of getting to know the boss in a way they’ve never done before. And I think it’s an opportunity for all of us to get to know him in a better way.”
