Barbara Gordon/Batgirl heads into the realm of modern superhero movies, as Leslie Grace prepares to play the character in the upcoming live-action movie. The bat girl The movie is currently expected to be shown on HBO Max, and with production still going on in Glasgow, fans got some surprising behind-the-scenes looks at what the project has in store. Along the way, a young fan named ‘Minnie Batgirl’ took to social media, posting videos and pictures of the outfit alongside the filming location of the movie. On Wednesday, Grace took to social media to share a look at herself meeting “Mini Batgirl,” which you can check out below.

“This is only my second role, but I’m learning from my other colleagues and friends that you put a little bit of yourself into each character,” Grace explained in an interview last year. “And in a fraction of the research I did leading into pre-production, I learned a lot of things about Barbara that go perfectly with me.”
“She is someone who has been underestimated even by her father and being the youngest child, you are sometimes cut off from all the tough things in life and she is very eager to prove to herself and everyone that there are some things she can handle.” So she will show me This trip definitely had a lot of it. I feel like I’m on an endless journey to prove to myself what barriers I can break, what limits I can break for myself and I’m excited for her to put a little bit of that passion and drive, and a little bit of stubbornness into Barbara’s character.”

The film is expected to see JK Simmons reprising his role as Commissioner James Gordon, Michael Keaton reprising his role as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Brendan Fraser joining the cast as Firefly, Ivory Aquino as Alysia Yeoh, Jacob Scipio, Rebecca Front, Corey Johnson, and Ethan Kay is cast in currently unknown roles.
