A Greggs employee spills the beans on the same confusing question that customers keep asking.

One Greggs employee described the kinds of things unpleasant customers would complain about, including the price of merchandise.

Ellie Thomas, a student at the University of Birmingham, says she will “love Griggs forever,” though she is frustrated with some of her more difficult clients at times.

She addresses some of the most common complaints in a TikTok video posted on her page @elliethomas544.

The first step is to order a large amount of food and then complain about the price.

Customers who “pay for huge orders with artisanal pennies” and complain about steaks not being reheated are another annoyance.

“Reheating meat would also be a health hazard!” Elle wrote in a comment below the video.

“Hi Luv, can we order ten sausages, a baguette, bacon, and ten cappuccinos?” She said.

Customers will complain about the long lines and tell Eli that the bakery needs more staff.

Another hurdle for her is that she has to start work at 4:30 in the morning, which requires her to get up early.

Thousands of Greggs employees participated in the premiere in the comments section of the TikTok video.

“I’ve been working at Greggs and agree with everything,” one person said.

No, the worst of it is ‘Can I just have coffee?’ “What is coffee?” He replied in the second: “Just a normal one.”

A third full said, “I’m moving forward in a few days, send in help.”

“I promise, you will love it” Elie Said. It’s a great job, but there are hurdles in every job.”

Greg has previously explained why his food is allowed to go cold.

“We sell spare items that are freshly cooked in our store ovens, then set on the shelf to cool.”

As a result, we don’t keep them in a fast environment, don’t use refills, and don’t make them hot.

“As bakers, we believe that roasting our fresh produce fresh every day ensures the highest quality for our customers.”

“If bread rolls and baked goods are hot after they have been cooked, they will be subject to VAT, and the customer will have to pay a higher price – similar to how we apply VAT to our hot sandwiches that are kept in a designated compartment and they are upset.”
